Introduction
This programme builds on foundational early childhood skills to elevate pedagogical leadership and operational proficiency in centre management. Tailored for TASKA managers, centre coordinators, and senior practitioners, it covers critical supervisory domains: early childhood programme supervision, quality management, staff coordination, and workplace leadership. Combining online learning with guided portfolio development, participants are thoroughly evaluated through the JPK PPT pathway based on NOSS criteria set by the Department of Skills Development (JPK) and the Ministry of Human Resources, ensuring a comprehensive transition to supervisory-level recognition.

● Ability ro read, write and count
● Malaysian Citizen
● Physically and Mentally Healthy
● Interested in the programme
● SPM/STPM qualifications NOT required
